MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Domestic Mutual Company Members
Domestic Mutual Company Members shall consist of individual mutual insurance companies incorporated under the laws of Ohio, that have made application for membership and complied with the provisions of the Bylaws of this Association. Each Domestic Mutual Company Member is entitled to one (1) vote on any question but may send as many delegates to the Annual Meeting as it wishes, all of whom shall have the privilege of the floor, but only one (1) of whom shall be designated by the member as its voting delegate.

| $5,000,001 to $10,000,000 | $1,155 |
| $10,000,001 and over | $2,175 |
Affiliate Members
Affiliate Members shall consist of insurance companies, not incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio, and any industry-related service organization, corporation or association. Upon approval by a majority of the Directors, an application for Affiliate Membership shall be approved. An Affiliate Member shall have all the privileges of membership in the Association except that it may not vote and its employees or representatives may not hold Association office.
